Most Catholic priests in UK approve of condom use

Most Catholic priests in Britain it seems are quietly supportive of those who use condoms which is hardly a shock.

The sensitive issue is still how these things are taught or not taught in Catholic schools. A reality check is needed in all work with young people: we have to start with understanding what they already know, or are likely to have heard about in one way or another, or are likely to hear about from other sources soon.

Reality means starting from there and using that as a basis for moving forward. The conversation in the classroom has to connect with every day life in the playground and after school, or it becomes worse than useless.
